Learn a new skill or expand your knowledge of using a map and compass to help stay safe and get the most from your walks.

Beginners course - 2 days

Price - £75.00 per person per day (price includes pack lunch for Glyn Peris Guest House residents)
Personal one-to-one tuition - £150.00 per day

This is an ideal course for those who want to learn basic navigation skills that will enable them to feel confident and safe when heading into the mountains.

After an introductory indoor briefing the majority of the course will be out on the mountain.

All our instructors are fully qualified mountain leaders with extensive experience in the outdoors.
